Apple appealed the decision of British justice for Samsung


Apple has decided to appeal the decision of the British courts to force him to disclose publicly the fact that Samsung products do not violate the design of the iPad. Last week, the judge handling the case returned its verdict, ruling that the Galaxy Tab tablets did not copy the design of the iPad partly because they are not "cool enough" to be confused.
