Kubuntu: a new sponsor

Kubuntu

The same Jonathan Riddell has however announced the arrival of a new sponsor. These are Blue Systems which already supports several projects KDE and KDE version of the Linux Mint. Will be taken over from the development cycle for version 12.10, which begins next May.

With funding from Blue Systems, the Kubuntu project will continue to be led by the community. Several ideas are also already mentioned as a presence on shelves and ARM hardware, or a server version.

A sale date has been advanced: October 2012.
